If you somehow came to this article by searching 'Hugh Jackman naked', you're correct in that this advertisement does feature a nude Hugh Jackman, but it's... strategic.
For one, it's an advertisement for an Australian shoe company, and more importantly, Hugh Jackman clearly feels comfortable enough with his own nakedness that he's happy to use it if it means he can get free shoes.
In fairness, we'd all do that if we A) looked like him at 51 years of age, and B) we'd probably do it for free shoes even if we didn't. Also, that chair? You could very easily sell that on eBay for a hefty, hefty price. Think about it, advertisement prop people.
Wolverine's actual nutsack was all over it. People will pay top dollar for that.
