In case you've ever dreamt of the cast of 'The Avengers' reading you a bedtime story, then this is for you.

'Jimmy Kimmel Live' decided to re-live one of 2018's biggest movies, by getting The Avengers to read a children's book version of how 'Avengers: Endgame' went down for our superheroes.

As only half of superheroes who survived Thanos' snap are left, it's only fitting that these are the ones to re-live their harrowing experiences. (It also ties in with Marvel's 'Avengers: Endgame' press conference recently, where only the survivors were present).

Reading Thanos' version of 'Twas the Night Before Christmas', we see Scarlett Johansson, Chris Evans, Don Cheadle, Jeremy Renner, and Chris Hemsworth all narrating the story, as well as giving us some hilarious side commentary.

It's Mark Ruffalo who easily that steals the show here; his non-scripted commentary is gold. Prepare yourselves for lots of non-superhero-like vocabulary below.

We'll have to wait and see how it all goes down, when 'Avengers: Endgame' releases in Irish cinemas on April 25th.
