Nothing says first day jitters like being the subject of a viral internet sensation done on the sly by your employer now does it? Heineken had over 1700 applicants for their latest position, so instead of doing a bog standard interview, they set up a series of secretly recorded scenarios to test the willing candidates alternatively. And by alternatively, we mean they staged a fire rescue, pretended to faint and asked bizarre questions, all the while secretly recording the interviewees. Then once that was all done, they had an internal secret poll on which one they wanted and then revealed the position to him in the most over the top fashion ever.

How is this guy ever supposed to be able to trust anyone he works with?
