The 28-year-old father of one was found unconscious in his New York home by a housekeeper and his masseuse this afternoon. There were prescription pills reportedly "strewn around" his bed. According to TMZ.com, the actor was in full cardiac arrest when paramedics arrived to the scene. He was pronounced dead shortly afterwards. Ledger, famed most for his Oscar nominated role in 'Brokeback Mountain', will appear as The Joker in the next Batman movie and was in the process of filming Terry Gilliam's 'The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus.' This is the second presumed overdose by a young actor in the space of a week.
