You may have already heard of Gwyneth Paltrow's lifestyle brand Goop, which specialises in all sorts of wonderful things like wellness, "policing your thoughts", "eliminating white foods" - and now, coffee enemas.

That's exactly what it sounds like, by the way. Quite literally, getting hot coffee pumped up your actual anus. In an article on Goop written by Dr. Alejandro Junger, the topic of enemas and colonics are discussed and recommends the Implant O'Rama System as a way of doing it yourself.

Click on that link and you'll be taken to a website that sells said enema thingy, which describes itself as "as a clean way to do coffee enemas, ozone water enemas, or nutrient implants."

Again, this is all real and you can check the links if you don't believe us. The best part is that it comes with a disclaimer which is written in tiny writing - which you can have to click on to enlarge - that states that the information "has not been evaluated or approved by the FDA (Food and Drug Administration) and is not necessarily based on scientific evidence."
