Jay Z just can't resist being a legend now can he?
In lovely news for once, Star Magazine is reporting that a few months ago Jay Z (then hyphenated) gave each and everyone of his employees $50,000. Everyone from assistants to low-level entry people. Fifty. Thousand. Dollars. He clearly has a good financial year.
According to the magazine's source: 'Earlier this year he handed out $50,000 bonuses to everyone in his company, which includes assistants and very low-level people. He even promised another bonus for Christmas. He’s extremely generous – most celebrities are super cheap when it comes to running their businesses. He knows if his employees are happy, it will benefit him in the long run. His only demand was for everyone to have fun with the money.'
Jay's empire is quite something though as he's not only sold 50+ million albums, he part owns the Brooklyn Nets, has his own fashion label Rocawear and founded a sports management agency ROC Nation Sports.
Well it balances out the ridiculous amount of money he and Beyoncé allegedly spend on Blue Ivy. Think they've any jobs going?
