Hackett have always been known for the finest tailoring and bringing the classic looks associated with that tradition into the modern day.

Started by Jeremy Hackett and another business partner back in the 1980s selling second-hand clothes, Hackett have always had a strong tradition of making the timeless appear modern, and their brand is one that has been on the up and up since the first day they opened their doors.

All their pieces encapsulate that classic element of British tailoring, and in their simplicity lies their brilliance. The Man Cave even wore a Hackett shirt recently to interview Jon Hamm aka Don Draper, and when you interview Don, you better dress your best.

This year, their Autumn Winter lookbook is filled with a variety of different looks, and a huge number of them cuaght our eye as they celebrate the age of stylish travel. Whether you're commuting across continents, or simply taking your daily journey to work, the collection has plenty of different incarnations of ‘The Leading Man’ on their travels.

Bold check overcoats and other patterns are on display, including puppytooth, while reversible padded jackets and luxury knits also feature for Autumn/Winter 2014. CEO, Explorer, Travel Photographer and The Graduate; all of the facets of Hackett’s Leading Man are represented with transitional and functional pieces.

The styles in the gallery below also span the generations, and fit perfectly with Jeremy Hackett's own dictum that it's fine for your grandson to dress like your grandfather, but not the other way round. We've already filled our Autumn/Winter wishlist with plenty of pieces from this collection, so have a look through the gallery to pick out what your own favourites are.
