The bosses at Ferrari are super sound it seems, as they rewarded every single person that works for them with a bonus of €4,096 this month.

According to Autoblog that represents 20 percent of the annual salary for a recently hired young employee, on top of what they’re earning in their monthly pay.

It’s been a phenomenal couple of years for Ferrari, who absolutely burst through the recession and continued to sell a f**kload of high powered, high end cars. 2012 was the company’s most profitable fiscal year and they signed a deal with employees then that the bonus structure on performance would reflect that. They're not regaining on it.

It’s nice to hear that a brand like Ferrari values its workers no matter what department they work in.
