Science week 2013 gets underway this week exploring all things Xtra - Ordinary with over 650 events nationwide.
Running from the 10th to the 17th November, Science Week is calling on you to go 'behind the scenes' of everyday life and Explore the XTRA-Ordinary processes that are taking place in front of our own eyes. Everyday we are exposed to these processes from merely brushing your teeth to our body's ability to heal and mend itself. Science can well and truly blown your mind and here is a full week to celebrate it.
Co-ordinated by Science Foundation Ireland's (SFI) Discover Programme, Science Week is a collaboration of events run by colleges, schools, libraries, teachers, researchers and students throughout Ireland.
