Between the iCloud allegations surrounding the legions of leaked photos, and now Eva Longoria's claims, it's not been the best of weeks for Apple's PR department.

According to Access Hollywood (video in full here, scrub to the five minute mark), Eva Longoria said an Apple employee accessed her personal information, and contacted her as 'a fan'. Apparently this wasn't an isolated incident.

"I’ve had a lot of people breaking into my email... My Mac email. Not hacked - just go get it from the stores and I had a big problem with that."

In the report the Desperate Housewife said she was once contacted by an Apple staff member who said: “‘I made a dress and I want to send it to you. I work at the Apple Store here in San Antonio.' And I’m like… What? Did someone give out my email? Or my phone? 'I saw your phone number from your profile, I just wanted to call and say hi, I’m a fan.’ There are a lot of privacy issues.”

In relation to the iCloud allegations, Apple released a statement, which reads: “After more than 40 hours of investigation, we have discovered that certain celebrity accounts were compromised by a very targeted attack on user names, passwords and security questions, a practice that has become all too common on the internet. None of the cases we have investigated have resulted from any breach in any of Apple’s systems, including iCloud or Find My iPhone. We are continuing to work with law enforcement to help identify the criminals involved."
