Eddie Rocket's is looking to expand around Ireland and in to the rest of Europe with a new chain of restaurants that promises even faster fast food.

One branch of the new chain, Rocket's, has already opened in Dublin in the IFSC and there is expected to be another on the way in the Jervis Center this week as the brand looks to continue to expand.

The new chain will feature many of the classic recipes that people may be familiar with from the regular restaurants, of which there are now over 30 across Ireland, but will be introducing some new ones too that will allow people to have a "faster dining experience".

Niall Fortune, owner of Eddie Rocket's in Ireland said "sometimes our customers don’t necessarily have the time to dine in at one of our Eddie Rocket’s restaurants so a trip to Rocket’s gives them the opportunity to still enjoy our offering but in a faster setting, be it lunch time, pre-concert or for a shopping pit-stop".

The new restaurants will serve made-to-order salads and a few other new things such as the Bubble Dog (prosecco and hot dogs), mini hamburgers and the Egg E. Muffin. The expansion is part of a plan to open over 100 outlets by 2018, including a few locations in Europe too. Prosecco and hot dogs eh, what a world we live in...
