And just when you couldn't find Dappy off N-Dudz any more attractive, etc, etc.

The 25-year-old rapper/humanoid rodent appeared at Guildford Crown Court on yesteraday in Surrey, South East England, where a jury were told he insulted victims Grace Cochran and Serena Burton by calling them "sluts" and branding one of them "ugly" - before proceeding to spit at them when they refused to get into his car. But he'd been so charming and everything.

While his accomplice Kalonji David Stewart, 32, went into the shop of the Shell garage where the incident took place, Dappy - real name Costadinos Contostavlos - tried to persuade the two 18-year-old girls to get in their vehicle.

Brian Stork, who is prosecuting, explained: "They were not interested in him and so his attitude changed. Instead of being polite he became rude. He called the girls sluts and said one was ugly. And then perhaps as a result of what was said one of the girls called (Dappy) boring and he reacted by spitting at these two girls. To spit at them in this way is unwarranted and uncalled for. Fortunately the spittle landed on the ground near to where (the women) were sitting." See, he can't even spit proper.

Onlooker David Jenkins, who was at the scene when the incident took place, then stood in to defend the two girls before being spat at by the rapper and then punched.

Mr. Stork continued: "Mr. Jenkins, concerned at what was happening, turned and faced Mr. Contostavlos. Mr. Contostavlos then spat at Mr. Jenkins and the prosecution say it was an unwarranted and unnecessary act." This has been described as the moment when it "all kicked off" into a "mob-handed, utterly unlawful and aggressive attack."

Dappy denied three charges of assault on Monday (07.01.13) and Kalonji and another pal Kieran Vassell deny charges of affray. A further accomplice Alfred Miller had the balls to admit to committing affray and is to be sentenced after the trial.
