Who needs enemies when you're dad's insisting you were directly responsible for your husband's suicide. At least now we know where Courtney gets her penchant for conspiracy theories from...

Hank Harrison (he had to be called Hank), who is estranged from his daughter for some unknown reason, insists although he hasn't got evidence that the 49-year-old star "pulled the trigger" on the shotgun that ended the rocker's life 20 years ago, he's certain she was responsible for it.

Speaking to RadarOnline, he said: "No doubt she was capable. I can't prove she pulled the trigger, but I can prove her involvement to a high degree of certainty."

Hank believes the clues that point to his daughter are hidden in the handwritten note found in Kurt's wallet at the time of his death, which was only released by police last week.

The note reads: "Do you Kurt Cobain take Courtney Michelle Love to be your lawful shredded wife. Even when she's a bitch with zits and siphoning all yr money for doping and whoring. (sic)"

Over to you, Hank: "If you read the true meaning of this small note, and place it in conjunction with the rest of the evidence, anyone with even half a wit will see that something dire and awful took place."

Courtney's father is also suspicious of the Seattle police for releasing new evidence - photographs of the death scenes last month - 20 years after the incident.

He added: "Nobody, except me, asked the obvious question, Why weren't they developed 20 years ago? They weren't developed because the police had already decided it was a suicide and didn't need any more evidence."

The Seattle Police Department re-examined Kurt's death on the 20th anniversary, you know, just to brush up on the facts in case they were probed by the press. While they were at it, they found no evidence that would justify re-opening the case.

Kurt's death was ruled a suicide by a self-inflicted gunshot.
