We've heard of more inventive ways of sneaking onto a flight, but this one's pretty good. Comedian Lee Nelson has a history of trying to blend in with footballers. In 2013, he was arrested for trying to pass himself off as a footballer for Manchester City when he supposedly warmed up with the team.
Now, he's gone one step further. The comedian managed to sneak onto the tarmac of Bedfordshire Airport and wore an identical suit to the English team, chatting happily with the players before Steven Gerrard clocked who he was. Then, as the pics below suggest, he was sent off.
Well, you can't blame him for trying. Actually, you can. It's clearly a stunt for attention and here we are, giving it to him. Ah well.
