So, it's been a while since Chris Brown made that apology via YouTube. It's been a bit longer since he was up in court and was told not to come within a few feet of his ex and it's been even longer since he used Rihanna as a punch bag. Alas, finally *rolls eyes to heaven*, a judge has passed sentence and young Chris will pay his dues for his terrible ways.

The judge Patricia Schnegg ordered Chris to take a year long domestic violence prevention class and six months community service in his home down of Virginia y'all. He must also stay 100 yards away from Rihanna and is on five years probation. In relation to his monies, well lets face it, he's minted so this might not seem a lot to him. The whole court case will cost almost $6,000 and he must also pay $400 to a domestic violence fund.

Unlike the last time he was in court, Rihanna wasn't waiting behind the scenes as she was in New York at the time recording her new album. Her lawyer Donald Eta said "She’s doing fine and she’s pursuing her career… She’s tremendously appreciative of the support her family, her friends and her fans have given her throughout the world.”

You go girl!
