Charlie Sheen has "apologised" for his "cringeable" behaviour - remember, with the Goddesses, the winning, the tiger blood and what not - by way of promoting his new televisual outing, Anger Management.

Appearing on Good Morning America a matter of hours ago, he discussed how he "overcame his drug and alcohol problems." Which is gas 'cause he looks worse now than he did this time last year.

Naturally crediting himself for his recovery, he said: "It was a team effort that was ultimately led by myself. There were not a lot of people close by saying, 'Dude, let's just take a step back'." Particularly from his Torpedo of Truth tour, of which he says: "cringeable," because he doesn't "recognize part of who that was."

As for Two And a Half Men, well, he can't let that go. The New York Post reports: "he still has "a little bit" of bitterness towards Two and a Half Men, but he says he "just [has] to work through that… I wish they'd taken better care of the child left behind." Read into that what you may, Mr. Kutcher.

The executive producer of Anger Management, Bruce Helford, had this to say of the upcoming series - due to air in June, everybody, again that's due to air in June: "Charlie has anger issues of his own. You can't help but see that there is some resonance between Charlie’s real life and this character. He is a Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde sort of guy. We see during the course of the show that he is often more messed up than his patients."

Charlie Sheen, getting paid millions to play himself yet again. He really is a genius.
