Next time you're on a long-haul flight and traveling via British Airways, there could be something a little different to ease you into your flight.

When you settle into your seat, instead of watching a movie or one of your favourite shows, you'll have the option of watching a seven hour train trip around beautiful Norway.

According to The Verge, the airline have introduced the concept to help nervous flyers and relax passengers.

The footage comes via Slow TV in Norway, who have also broadcast a cruise that lasted several days and salmon fishing

"There’s a hypnotic, calming and entertaining quality to Slow TV that is perfect for in-flight entertainment,"  spewed Richard D’Cruze, on board entertainment officer for the airline.

Great advertising for the Norwegian Tourist Board too.
