There's no doubting that Rory McIlory is in good nick, and he clearly takes his physical fitness very seriously.
That's not something that all professional golfers do, but for Rory it's part of his game and possibly where he gets a lot of his power from, so the other morning he tweeted out a picture of his leg day routine, to let people know that yes, he does even lift, bro.

While that is an impressive-looking amount of weight, one Brian O'Driscoll (who surely knows a thing or two about heavy lifting) was in with a quick little jibe to put Rory back in his place.
