Victoria Beckham chose to launch her new brand of perfume (the name's not important) in Macey's New York, sporting the weirdest half-onesie/tights hybrid EVER. Its ballet pump wearing gimp meets Alien, with a smattering of Disco Stu. The PVC platform thingies (I would refer to them as 'heels' but they don't appear to have any) set her back mere pocket fodder at £3,300. Designer/clear bondage enthusiast, Antonio Berardi, custom makes all his, um, footwear and had this to say his latest creation: "They are perfectly balanced, when the girls come for fittings, they look a bit daunted, but by the end they say it's just like wearing a regular shoe. They are graceful and there is a ballerina nature about them. Having a heel is really just psychological." Antonio's clearly never negotiated his way around his local hotspot, slightly tipsy, while wearing one of his own designs.
