Bob Dylan has been stirring it up, well not exactly the civil rights legend himself. Neighbours are complaining that the portable loo installed at his house for his security is causing a horrible stench. Apparently the night time sea breeze brings the smell of raw sewerage into their homes and causes them to vacate the top floor of their houses.
Neighbour David Emminger said 'Mr Civil Rights is killing our Civil Right' His wife told an American paper that the smell started in September, " I couldn't figure out at first where the smell was coming from, until I finally noticed that the porta-potty was moved.....We both have allergies and are sensitive to chemicals"
Said neighbour has now set up 5 industrial fans to blow the smell back to his own side of the street.
God dam those security guards for answering the call of nature *shakes fist*.
