Sure what else would you be doing on your 33rd birthday apart from cartwheeling around a grassy knoll in a bikini. Well, everyone's saying she's cartwheeling - I reckon it's more of a back flip, or an enthusiastic variation of The Crab, or essentially something from the Kama Sutra, but either way she's doing it in a bikini, hence the universal interest.
