In an interview with The New York Post, Barack Obama's half-brother, Malik, has said he'll vote for Donald Trump over Hillary Clinton in the upcoming election.
Malik has very different political ideologies than his brother - he also has around a dozen wives. He and Barack haven't spoken in a over year and didn't seem to get on particularly well to begin with.
Among his reasoning for "making America great again" Malick says “I feel like a Republican now because they don’t stand for same-sex marriage, and that appeals to me.” Oh, makes sense now. He's a gobshite.

Malik ran for office in Kenya (and failed) a couple of years ago and said, “Honestly, I’ll be happy when my brother is out of office, and I will finally be out of the limelight and be able to live like a human being.” Doing interviews with The New York Post and running for office probably won't help you blend in, Malik.
Naturally, Trump loved this.
Wow, President Obama's brother, Malik, just announced that he is voting for me. Was probably treated badly by president-like everybody else!

Context, as always, matters little to The Donald.
