If rumours are correct then, Katy Perry will soon become Mrs Katy Brand. Celebville wouldn't be the same if there wasn't a rushed Christmas proposal. According to the Daily Mirror, Randy Russell got down on bended knee while Katy was in the UK, spending a few days with him.
A source said "He asked her to marry him last week and she quickly said yes. They don’t know when the wedding will be but they are planning to make it in 2010 if the schedules can work. Russell is searching for a jewellery designer to create a ring in time for the New Year." Katy then made a quick exit so she could make it home to spend Christmas with her family in LA. She didn't even tweet about her news.
