The inflated Minion was in place in The Omni Shopping Centre in Santry, where there is a cinema in the complex. 

But apparently some high winds took it out of its place and it blew onto The Old Sword's Road, causing a huge traffic backlog, but thankfully no injuries. 

The Gardai were called and deflated the 40 odd foot Minion. Imagine taking that 999 call!
