'Zack Snyder's Justice League' officially drops on NOW TV and Sky Cinema today.

A number of DC fans were at the ready to watch the superhero epic this morning. But they were left disappointed when Sky Cinema's broadcast of 'Zack Snyder's Justice League' was replaced by a completely different movie.

The 4-hour long feature was pulled from the channel's 7am slot without warning.

Bizarrely, Christmas movie 'The Family Stone' played in its stead. The 2005 film stars Sarah Jessica Parker, Dermot Mulroney, Rachel McAdams and Diane Keaton.

Additionally, the synopsis for the listing of 'Zack Snyder's Justice League' on Sky Cinema instead describes 'The Family Stone'.

Twitter users waiting to see the movie were not impressed.

The issue seems to have been temporary as many have figured a way around Sky Cinema options to watch the film.

The extended cut of 'Justice League' stars Ben Affleck, Henry Cavill, Gal Gadot, Ezra Miller, Ray Fisher and Jason Momoa.

The cast also includes Amy Adams, Jeremy Irons, Diane Lane and Jared Leto.
