'Rodgers & Hammerstein’s Cinderella' will begin streaming exclusively on Disney+ in the coming weeks.

The 1997 adaptation of the classic fairy tale sees the singer Brandy step into the glass slippers of Cinderella.

Whitney Houston dazzles as the Fairy Godmother.

Whoopi Goldberg plays Queen Constantina and Jason Alexander is Lionel.

Rounding out the 'Cinderella' cast are Bernadette Peters, Veanne Cox, Natalie Desselle, Victor Garber, and Paolo Montalbán.

The made-for-TV movie musical premiered on November 2nd, 1997 to sixty million viewers during 'The Wonderful World of Disney' on ABC. Robert Iscove directed the feature, Robert I. Freedman penned the script, and Rob Marshall choreographed.

Both critics and audiences loved its diverse representation and singalong numbers.

The movie earned seven Emmy Award nominations, winning the outstanding art direction for a variety or music program prize.

Fans of 'Rodgers & Hammerstein’s Cinderella' will recall such songs as "Impossible," "In My Own Little Corner," "Ten Minutes Ago," "A Lovely Night," "Do I Love You Because You’re Beautiful?" and more.

Announcing the news on 'The View', co-hosted by her co-star Whoopi Goldberg, Brandy said: "I'm so excited that 'Cinderella' has a home now at Disney+ and we can celebrate and share and inspire a whole new generation to see this wonderful piece."

'Cinderella' was originally adapted by Disney in the classic 1950 animated feature.

It got the live-action remake treatment in 2015 in a feature starring Lily James, Richard Madden, Cate Blanchett and Helena Bonham Carter.

1998's 'Ever After', inspired by Cinderella and starring Drew Barrymore and Anjelica Huston, is also streaming on Disney+ now.

'Rodgers & Hammerstein’s Cinderella' arrives on Disney+ on March 5th.
