The first trailer for the upcoming 'Obi-Wan Kenobi' series dropped last week, giving us all goosebumps.

One particular moment in the trailer caught our eye - Obi-Wan (Ewan McGregor) looking over a young Luke Skywalker.

The series is set ten years after the events of 'Revenge of the Sith', where Kenobi witnessed the rise of the universe's greatest villain, Darth Vader. Hayden Christensen will be reprising his role as the heavy-breathing baddie.

Kenobi is now hiding out on Tatooine to guard over young Luke, played by the equally young actor Grant Feely.

Passing on his blessing yesterday was Feely's predecessor Mark Hamill, who has played the character for the last few decades. Hamill tweeted, "Grant Feely looks like a perfect Luke Skywalker and I am wishing him all the very best!"

Hamill originated the role of Luke Skywalker in George Lucas’ 1977 'Star Wars,' reprising the character in two direct sequels and the most recent 'Star Wars' film trilogy. He also made appearances in 'The Mandalorian' and 'The Book of Boba Fett'

Now it looks like Feely is set to take the reigns as he joins the cast alongside McGregor, Christensen, Moses Ingram,  Indira Varma, Kumail Nanjiani, O’Shea Jackson Jr., Simone Kessell, Benny Safdie, Maya Erskine and Rory Ross.

Let's just hope he remembers to go to Tosche Station to pick up some power converters.

The first of six episodes of 'Obi-Wan Kenobi' begins on Disney+ on May 25.
