'Falcon and the Winter Soldier' may have broken records for Disney+ but we've a sneaky suspicion Marvel series 'Loki' could outperform it.

After all, Tom Hiddleston's performance as Loki, the trickster god and brother of Thor, has made him one of the most beloved secondary characters in the MCU.

Fans are only delighted to see him get a solo outing.

If the trailers so far are anything to go by, it'll deliver all the humour, action, and science fiction we were hoping for.

The show takes place after 'Avengers: Endgame', in which Loki steals the Tesseract.

His actions caused the breakage of a number of timelines.

He has now been brought to Time Variance Authority (TVA) by a member of the organisation named Mobius M. Mobius (Owen Wilson) to fix these timelines.

It's a mash-up of sci fi, crime thriller and buddy cop comedy.

Gugu Mbatha-Raw and Wunmi Mosaku also star.

This marks the third Marvel Disney+ series after 'Wandavision' and 'The Falcon and the Winter Soldier', the latter of which three out of six episodes are available. All of 'Wandavision' is available now.

'Loki' begins streaming on Disney Plus on June 11th. It is expected to consist of six 40-50 minute long episodes.
