After the giant cull of television shows from last week, only one has survived so far - Brooklyn Nine-Nine - and lived to tell of it.
However, Deadline is now reporting that there's a possibility that Netflix could be saving a cancelled TV show from the axe. The Kiefer Sutherland-starring Designated Survivor, which would be going into its third season if it gets picked up, currently runs on Netflix outside the US so it'd make sense for them to pick it up.
The production company behind the show, eOne, haven't confirmed Netflix as interested and instead stated that it's "in active discussions with other parties for further series of the show," so expect to hear confirmation one way or the other in the coming days or weeks.
