'The Bear' was undoubtedly one of the biggest TV shows of 2022, and the second season is on the way very soon.

The series follows Carmen 'Carmy' Berzatto - a high-end chef used to working in Michelin-starred restaurants, who returns home to Chicago to run his family's failing sandwich restaurant. He attempts to turn both the business and his own fortunes around, amid chaos in the kitchen and his personal life after his brother's sudden death. The show's lead actor Jeremy Allen White won a Golden Globe for his work.

Now, it has just been revealed that Bob Odenkirk, aka Saul Goodman of 'Better Call Saul' and 'Breaking Bad' fame, will join the cast on the second season of the award-winning show.

Character details have not been revealed, but Variety report that he will appear in a guest role.

Odenkirk - who recently appeared at Dublin's National Concert Hall - wrapped 'Better Call Saul' last year and has since appeared in a remake of cult film 'The Room' and is currently starring in black comedy 'Lucky Hank' on US network AMC.

Season 2 of 'The Bear' is set to premiere on Disney+ in June.
