Bearded rock trio ZZ Top will make Dublin a stop-over on their 'Tonnage' world tour next year.

The rockers, who formed in 1969 and played Cork's Live at the Marquee last year, will spend the first half of 2017 on the road in their native US before heading east to Dublin's 3Arena on Friday, July 28th.

“It’s gonna be a good time,” said frontman Billy Gibbons.  “We’ve been at this long enough that we’re starting to get good. Come and see us; it’s gonna be loud and live.”

Tickets are (prince point TBC) and on sale from usual outlets this coming Monday, December 5th from 9am.
