Few albums have raised the pulses this year quite as much as Queens of the Stone Age's latest effort ...Like Clockwork. Jose Homme's sixth QOTSA album, and first since 2007, had the gall to knock Daft Punk off the summit of the charts with an unforgiving aural wallop and now, to celebrate this achievement, the band have announced details of their biggest ever Irish shows.

QOTSA will play Dublin's The O2 on 17th November next, with a date in Belfast's The Odyssey the very next night. Tickets for both shows will go on sale on Friday June 21st priced at €39.05 and £33 respectively.

Joining Homme on the album is a rogues gallery of conspirators such as Dave Grohl, Elton John, Jake Shears (Scissor Sisters), Alex Turner (Arctic Monkeys), infusing the album with numerous different flavours.

We have a pair of tickets for the Dublin show to give away. To win 'em, head on over to our competitions section!
