Chicago based alternative rockers Wilco have confirmed a date at Vicar St this summer.
Jeff Tweedy and co. release their live DVD, Ashes Of American Flags, in Ireland this week which follows the band on the road from Oklahoma to Washington D.C.
Wilco are currently working on their forthcoming, as yet untitled seventh album, which features an appearance by the lovely Leslie Feist on the track "You and I", and is due for release in June.
Wilco play Vicar St on August 27th. Tickets priced €40.20 go on sale on Thursday April 23.
