After controversial criticism over her recent live performances, WHITNEY HOUSTON has sent the following "very important message" to her Irish fans.
"Whitney Houston travelled by ferry from the UK and arrived in Dublin yesterday, April 15th.
When Whitney was made aware of the airport closures due to the volcanic ash, she made the decision to drive from Birmingham to Dublin via the ferry, so that she would not disappoint her Irish fans.
She is delighted to be in Ireland and is very much looking forward to performing in the O2 this weekend and Tuesday April 20th."
