Damn the man! The Forum in Waterford is to play host to Low End 2009, a new heavy metal festival taking place on the Friday 28th and Saturday 29th of August. Sensibly enough, it won't kick off on Friday until 9pm, continuing into the night until 2.30am, headlined by RSJ. A ticket for this night of rowdy rambunctiousness will cost you just  €10.

The Saturday is the major event though, kicking off at 2pm, and headlined by Birmingham extreme metal legends Napalm Death, with support from Dublin's own Primordial. Tickets for Saturday night are €35, while a full weekend ticket will cost you just €40. Bargain.

The full line up is as follows:

Friday August 28th

Thoughts of Ruin
Residual Effect
Two Tales of Woe

Red Enemy

Saturday August 29th
