Bill Murray's work as an actor and comedian has been much-lauded over the years - and now he's set to conquer the music world with his burgeoning musical career.

Not only has he guested on Paul Shaffer's recent album, but Murray recently announced the release of his debut album, 'New Worlds', which will see him perform over a string trio soundtrack.

On Sunday, he gave his first-ever performance as a musician in Dresden, Germany, and fan-shot footage captured him covering Van Morrison's 'When Will I Ever Learn To Live In God?', which originally featured on the Belfast musician's 1989 album 'Avalon Sunset'.

Not only did he cover it, but he pretty much killed it. Who woulda thought he had such a set of pipes on him?
