Having already announced details of a show in Vicar Street in support of their Mercury Prize nominated second album {Awayland}, Villagers have no revealed details of an Irish tour which will take them to a further four venues in December.
The Dublin band had an incredibly busy summer, with appearances at Longitude, T In The Park, Latitude, Glastonbury, Lowlands, Reading & Leeds and Pukkelpop, as well as string of other high profile shows across Europe.
This past March, Villagers sold out the Olympia in Dublin for two nights running and, more recently, Conor O'Brien was invited to perform at Beck's Song Reader Live at the Barbican in London, alongside the likes of Franz Ferdinand, Charlottle Gainsbourg and others.
