Dublin art-rock band Cap Pas Cap have been absent from the scene for the past year or so, but not without good reason; the quartet have been working on new material as well as developing their Skinny Wolves label. Their new single 'We Are Men' is released on 12" next Friday, November 28th, and features remixes by Jape, Decal and thatboytim.
