You've got to love novelty pop covers by credible indie artists. The latest one to cause a stir is from Vampire Weekend, who've recorded a version of Cheryl Cole's hit debut single 'Fight For This Love'.

The band played the song in session on BBC Radio 1's Live Lounge with Fearne Cotton, along with their current single 'Run'. On the show, frontman Ezra Koenig explained their reasons for tackling the Girls Aloud singer and X Factor judge's song.
"One day we were in the car driving to the airport and we heard a song that reminded us of K-Ci & JoJo's 'All My Life', which is a very important song for people our age. We were like, 'This song is awesome.'"
