Following solo outings from core members Dave Sitek (Maximum Balloon), Kyp Malone (Rain Machine) and Tunde Adebimpe (Fake Male Voice) over the last couple of years, TV On The Radio are set to return with the follow up to 2008's hugely acclaimed 'Dear Science'.
The Brooklyn group's fifth studio album will be titled 'Nine Types of Light', with reports suggesting a release in late spring, though a firm release date has yet to be set.
TVOTR have also lined up a show for New York's Radio City Music Hall for April, which we can only hope is the first of more to come in support of the new record.
