We're sure that you've heard by now that Andres 3000 and Big Boi have decided to reform Outkast in celebration of the twenty year anniversary of their 1994 debut release Southernplayalisticadillacmuzik - but the question on many a fans' lips is exactly where will they be performing?

Just two dates have been confirmed thus far, a headline slot at Californian festival Coachella in April and a June appearance at the New York City's Governors Ball, but the duo have since confirmed that they expect to play FORTY festival dates throughout the summer, which distinctly opens the door to an appearance at one of Ireland's festivals in a few months' time.

A statement from Big Boi said: "It's truly an honour to celebrate 20 years and still be free to do music the way we choose. I'm looking forward to rocking the stage with my Bro Ski and to all the fans, stank you smelly much. This is for y'all!"

Andres 3000 added: "And imagine, all we wanted to do was rap. I am thankful to have been part of a group that allowed me to explore anything that came to mind and have fun doing it. Returning to the stage together is the most exciting way for us to thank everyone for their 20 years of supporting Outkast."

A Longitude announcement is due in ten days. One wonders will Outkast be a part of that? They'd fit the bill, anyway.
