Tom Parker has vowed to curtail his drinking habits after being fractions of a second away from being hit by a speeding car as he dashed across a road on a night out in the U.S.
Speaking to The Sun, Parker said: "I sprinted across the road and I was half a second away from being hit by a car. I was like, 'f*ck me, I nearly died'. The film you every time you come out of a club in the States and I saw the video the following day. It was close. I'm going to have to curb the drinking for a bit."
Meanwhile, the band have been hanging out poolside with Simon Cowell's ex-girlfriend Jasmine Lennard, and one of the group appeared to particularly enjoy spending time with the 28-year-old model. Max George - who was dating reality TV star Lucy Mecklenburgh before leaving for the US - was seen flirting with Jasmine and reportedly invited her up to his suite at the Mondrian Hollywood Hotel.
Tom told the Daily Mirror: 'I was in bed that day because I was hungover. But Jasmine was at the same hotel, so she hung out with Max by the pool. 'Our security guard was telling me all about her because I didn't know who she was at first. I think she was really friendly though.' Tom, 24, believes his friend is better off single and thinks he should make the most of his freedom, adding Max is having the 'time of his life'.
This isn't the first time that we've reported on Parker recently, after the pretty disgusting story of how he took a shit in a moving car. Yup, seriously.
