It's been a while since we've heard from The Script, but the Dublin trio have just announced a new album - and a major European tour to promote it.

'Sunsets & Full Moons' is the follow-up to 2017's 'Freedom Child' and is their sixth album overall.

Danny O'Donoghue and his bandmates will release the album - which has been described as a 'sequel to the debut' - on November 8th. The band's frontman lost his father while the band were working on their debut, and his mother sadly passed away while they were working on the new album - so there are themes of loss running through both.

Their European tour, meanwhile, starts in Liverpool next February before arriving at Belfast's SSE Arena on March 3rd, followed by two dates at Dublin's 3Arena on March 6th and 7th.

Tickets for the Dublin dates are from €42.70 and on sale next Friday, October 18th from usual outlets at 9.30am.
