LA-based Dubliners The Script are to play a hometown gig next month.
The r'n'b-tinged trio, which features former members of boyband MyTown, will play Whelan's on June 12th.
They've been getting plenty of airplay in the UK thanks to a successful tour with The Hoosiers and the stamp of approval from Jo Whiley - and recently released their debut single 'We Cry'.
Tickets are €13.50 and on sale from usual outlets now.
