The Script have joined forces with will.i.am on their new single 'Hall of Fame'. The Black Eyed Peas man seems to be intent on diversifying his musical portfolio lately following the Peas' indefinite hiatus, having worked on Cheryl (Cole's) recent album A Million Lights and now lends a hand to Danny O'Donoghue and co.
"We thought it might make a great duet but we wanted to do it line by line, true duet-style", said O'Donoghue, as reported by Hot Press. "It took several months, a headlock and a taxi cab to get Will on the song!".
"We wanted to capture as much emotion in the track's sound as there is in the lyrics, which are definitely some of the most positive and upbeat we've ever written", added guitarist Mark Sheehan.
