The ninth series of live music programme Other Voices is set to be recorded in Dingle this December. Among this year's live acts are Brooklyn rock merchants The National and Welsh songstress Marina and The Diamonds, while UK singer songwriter Richard Hawley is set to curate one evening of performances, with a selection of handpicked special guests.
The recording of the TV series will commence on Saturday December 4th through to Wednesday December 8th. Four bands take part each day, with the morning and afternoon spent capturing interviews and one-off acoustic performances, while in the evening the bands play intimate sets at St. James' church for no more than 60 people.
A limited amount of tickets for the recordings will be released for sale shortly. They're notoriously difficult to nab so keep your eyes peeled for details.
Other Voices will be broadcast on RTE2 early in the new year.
