After one of the most promising rock debuts in recent times The Minutes are back for a second helping, today announcing the release of their sophomore effort 'Live Well, Change Often'.

Three years have passed since the release of 'Marcata', a musical shot in the arm for lovers of loud, pounding rock n' roll everywhere. Exhaustive touring followed but the band have been conspicuous in their absence lately - and now we know why.

'Live Well, Change Often' was recorded in Vancouver and was produced by none other than Gggarth Richardson, whose name you might recognise from your Rage Against The Machine album sleeves.

The first cut from the record, 'Cherry Bomb', is released on April 25th and you can grab a preview listen in full right here on The Minutes' official website.

'Live Well, Change Often' will be released through Model Citizen Records on May 9th.
