Formerly a member of Dublin band Come On Live Long, Robert John Ardiff has been releasing his solo material for the last few years.
His debut album 'Between the Bed and Room' was released in 2018, and several songs have even featured on the soundtrack of Amazon Prime series 'Modern Love', which was directed by John Carney ('Once').
Ardiff recently released his new EP 'A Whistle in the Dark' and a video for the single 'The 13th Lock' has been unveiled.
Directed by filmmaker Eoin Heaney, the evocative video was shot along the banks of the Grand Canal last month and it suits the haunting tone of the song beautifully, as Ardiff encounters a number of portentous omens on his midnight stroll.
