Bad news for fans of The Breeders - the rock band's gig at Vicar Street tonight has been cancelled due to the ongoing weather situation.

It's believed that Kim Deal and co. made it across the Irish Sea, but Hurricane Ophelia has stopped them from performing.

Refunds are available from point of purchase.

Zara Larsson's gig at the Olympia Theatre tonight has also been postponed until tomorrow (Tuesday October 17th) for the same reason.

If you were planning to attend any event around the country tonight, it's best that you double-check with the venue or promoter that it's still going ahead.
