After their 2007 sideproject as The Diamond Hoo Ha Men, Supergrass' Gaz Coombes and Danny Goffey have now embarked on a new sideproject with Radiohead producer Nigel Godrich.
The trio are recording a new covers album under the name The Hot Rats, which will include songs by the Sex Pistols, Roxy Music, The Kinks and Gang of Four.
The Hot Rats are to play a series of festival dates in the UK over the summer, and plan to release the as yet untitled album in the autumn.
